Many EEK jobs involve more than one person who needs to be kept informed. A fleet vehicle might have the driver, the fleet manager, and the company's insurer all needing different information at different times. A rental car recovery might involve the renter, the rental company's operations team, and an AA travel insurance claims handler.
EEK introduced sub-account contacts — named individuals linked to a single job, each with their own contact details, their own communication channel, and their own portal access. Each contact receives only the information appropriate to their role. The fleet manager gets the invoice. The insurer gets the insurance report. The driver gets the status updates.
