Every line: towing and recovery by distance bracket, labour rate per hour, diagnostic fee, fuel disposal per litre, filter and sundries cost, NZIFDA filing fee, platform and coordination fee, callout charge. Available to download as a PDF. Updated when rates change, with the effective date noted.
This is unusual in the misfuel recovery industry, where most operators provide quotes on request and pricing is rarely disclosed in advance. EEK treats pricing transparency as a competitive position — not a disadvantage.
