EEK isolated every job's messages to a unique booking ID. No two jobs can ever see each other's communications — even if the same vehicle appears in the system twice.

Every job in EEK has a unique booking ID. Every message, update, and document relating to that job is stored against that ID alone. No other job — even one involving the same vehicle or the same customer — can access or influence your thread.
This is more important than it sounds. Fleet vehicles, rental cars, and company vehicles can appear in the EEK system multiple times across different incidents. Without strict isolation, messages from one job could leak into another — creating confusion, privacy issues, and potential errors in billing or insurance documentation.
For Suppliers
Suppliers working on a job see only the communications for that job. They are not exposed to the customer's history with EEK, other jobs involving the same vehicle, or any other supplier's work. Clean isolation means clean accountability — every message in a job thread belongs exclusively to that job.
