EEK's admin portal launched as a single-page application with three core tabs: a live jobs list showing every active job with inline rego search, a comms panel showing every message on every job in real time, and a billing view for invoice management and payment tracking.
What This Means for Customers
Faster response when something needs human attention. When a customer sends a message about their job, it appears in the comms panel immediately — organised by job, timestamped, and flagged if it is unread. Nothing falls through the cracks because the admin team has a unified view of everything happening across the platform at any moment.
