Before the Stripe admin panel, finding the payment record for a specific job meant navigating between the EEK admin portal and the Stripe dashboard separately — searching in both places, cross-referencing references, and manually linking the two. For customer queries about payments, this was slow and error-prone.
The EEK Stripe admin panel shows live Stripe balances, all PaymentIntents searchable by job ID, customer name, or payment reference, and a direct deep-link into the Stripe dashboard for each transaction. Every payment is linked to its job. Every refund is visible alongside the original charge.
For Customers Querying Their Payment
When a customer calls or messages about their payment — did it go through? why does the amount look different? when will my refund arrive? — the admin team has the answer in seconds. The Stripe panel removes the multi-system search and replaces it with a single, cached, searchable view. Customer payment queries are resolved on the spot.
