The recording, transcript, and AI summary of every call are available to the admin team immediately after the call ends. There is no need to navigate to Retell separately — everything is visible in the job record alongside the messages, invoice, and timeline events.
For Resolving Disputes About What Was Said
When a dispute involves what a customer was told on their booking call — pricing, timelines, what work was included, whether they agreed to specific terms — the call recording is the definitive source. It is timestamped, it is the customer's own voice, and it is available to both parties. Disputes about verbal representations are resolved by listening, not arguing.
