For callers who express concerns about cost or process — "how do I know this is the right call?" or "what exactly am I paying for?" — the Booking Closer has the vehicle-specific data to address those concerns directly. It does not deflect or promise to follow up. It answers on the call, with the real information.
What This Means for Customers
Conversion happens on the call. There is no follow-up email with a booking form. There is no link that expires before it is opened. The customer's SMS arrives before they put the phone down.
