- ☐ Commercial invoice and packing list
- ☐ Customs export declaration via forwarder
- ☐ Shipping line booking reference and cut-off date
Vehicle prep (RoRo)
- ☐ Cabin empty of personal effects
- ☐ Spare wheel and jack only
- ☐ Alarms disabled; handbrake functional
Timing
- ☐ Fuel drain completed before inland haulage to port
- ☐ Allow extra time from Scotland/North — compound cut-offs are strict in peak season
- ☐ Forwarder confirmed terminal and berth
