Important — Please Read Before Filing
EEK Mechanical will pay the County Court small claims track filing fee (£45.00–£180.00) upfront on your behalf. However, under §17.9A of our Terms of Service (which you accepted at the time of booking), if the Tribunal upholds EEK Mechanical's position — in whole or in substantial part — you are required to reimburse that filing fee.
Additionally, if you have initiated or intend to initiate a bank or card dispute (chargeback) in parallel, §7.20 of our Terms provides that if EEK Mechanical successfully defends that dispute, you are liable for EEK's documented response costs — including payment-processor fees, staff time at £150.00/hr, and a minimum administration fee.
